Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts {halved}
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch red pepper
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • white wine vinegar {however much you choose to drizzle}
  • honey {however much you choose to drizzle}

Directions

  1. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the olive oil and a pinch each of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  2. Roast cut-side down on a baking sheet at 450 until caramelized, 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with white wine vinegar and honey.
