Pita Sandwich with Egg, Avocado, Tzatziki, and Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 large organic, cage-free egg
  • 1 pita bread, toasted or fried
  • 2 tablespoons Tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 slice cucumber
  • your preferred hot sauce

Directions

  1. Mix together your *tzatziki sauce unless you bought a prepared kind.
  2. Cut your pita in half so that you have a top and bottom {or you can just use  one half and put everything inside it} and toast each half.
  3. Fry the egg in cooking spray and top it with salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  4. Layer the ingredients to your preference.  {I put a little tzatziki on each side, then layer the avocado, cucumbers, feta, egg, then hot sauce.}
  5. Smush it all together and enjoy!  {Be warned, it can get a little messy.}
*For my tzatziki sauce, I use Wildtree’s Tzatziki Seasoning Blend that I purchase from the super fun Leah Fike.
