Lemon- Garlic Greenbeans

Garlic Lemon Green Beans

Recipe from my own kitchen.





  1. Cut off the stem ends of the green beans.  (Use only FRESH green beans, NOT canned!  You know who you are…)
  2. Boil the green beans for 5 minutes in a large pot of water.  At the same time, pour some lemon oil into a frying pan and begin to cook the garlic over medium heat.
  3. Drain the green beans and put them into the pan with the garlic.  Be sure to coat the green beans with the oil and garlic and continue cooking over medium heat for maybe 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and serve warm!{I sprinkle mine with hand shredded Parmesan.}
