In Bloom

Today is the first official day of summer.  {Or it was yesterday depending on who or what you ask.}  Most of my flowers are in full bloom and my veggie plants are following close behind.  We’ve had about 10-12 cherry tomatoes so far and our first jalapeno is growing!  I get so excited every time I walk out there and see something new.  We’ve already eaten so much of our basil, cilantro, and parsley and hopefully our strawberries are thinking of making an appearance.  I love, love, love summer.  Caprese salad anyone?
